Blown Transmission

Well, VeggieVolvo is out of commission for awhile. My transmission went out and I'm in the process of switching out the transmission from another 740. Just need to make some time to do the switch. But I'll keep posting on the conversion process in the meantime.

Did you get your tranny in yet? Where do you get your fuel filters? I am in the middle of converting my 1.9 TDI beetle and I am using a filter I took off of a 730 in the local pick and pull. I have heard about DEDS (diesel early death symdrome with these engines in the volvo, how is yours running?
